Journal publication
Full papers presented at the conference will be assessed and authors of
selected papers will be invited to submit an extended version for possible
publication in the special issues of the following three journals after
a full review process of the respective journals and depending on the fit
of the papers in the scopes of the journals, etc.

Accommodation
The conference venue, Sophia University Yotsuya Campus, is a three-minute
walk from the Yotsuya station (JR and Tokyo Metro) and easily accessible
by train from hotels in the Tokyo metropolitan area. Participants are requested
to make their own hotel reservations.
As a reference, the following are hotels within walking distance of the
venue.
1. Tokyu Stay Yotsuya (approx. 7 min walk, budget)
2. Hotel Keihan Tokyo Yotsuya (approx. 7 min walk, budget)
3. Hotel New Otani Tokyo (approx. 5 min walk, upscale)
We kindly encourage participants to make hotel reservations in advance, as accommodations in Tokyo may become limited toward the end of September.
