Registration for CM2025

The registration system for CM2025 will open on June 1, 2025.All participants are required to complete the registration process in order to attend the conference. Early bird registration is strongly encouraged to benefit from discounted rates and to assist the organizers in logistical preparations.


What the Registration Fee Includes

The registration fee covers:

・Access to all technical sessions

・Conference materials (including proceedings)

・Welcome party (light refreshments, evening of September 22, 2025)

・Daily coffee breaks

・The conference banquet (evening of September 24, 2025)

・Technical visits (September 26, 2025)

Please note that the conference banquet is included in the registration fee and cannot be separated.

(1) All presenting authors are classified as General Participants and are subject to the same registration categories. Depending on individual status, some participants may qualify for early-bird discounts or JSCMR member rates.

(2) As a token of appreciation for their volunteer work in organizing the conference, members of JSCMR (Japanese Society of Contact Mechanics on Railway) are eligible for a discounted rate. (3) The student rate applies only to full-time students. Working professionals enrolled in part-time or doctoral programs are not eligible. Please bring a valid student ID card on the day of the conference.

(4) The registration fee includes participation in the welcome party (September 22),opening ceremony(September 23), banquet (September 24), daily coffee breaks, closing ceremony (September 25), and the technical visit (September 26). Please note that accompanying persons are not permitted to attend technical sessions.
