The presentation format (oral or poster) will be announced on June 30. The decision will be based on the content and quality of the full paper, and will be determined by the organizing committee.

 

<Oral presentation>
Oral presentations will be scheduled during the daytime sessions from September 23 to 25. Each presentation will be allocated 15 minutes, followed by a 5-minute discussion period.

<Poster presentation>

・The poster presentation session will be held on September 24. Posters will be displayed in the afternoon of the same day. In addition to the poster display, a one-minute "shotgun session" will be conducted for each presenter on the same day.

・Please note that the format of your presentation—whether oral or poster—will have no impact on recommendations for submission to academic journals such as Wear. In particular, if you voluntarily choose a poster presentation, this will clearly have no impact on journal recommendations. If you prefer to present your work in the poster session rather than oral presentation, please indicate your preference by completing the designated form below by the full paper submission deadline of June 1.

・The poster template file will be made available on this page after June 1. If you submit your poster data by August 22, we will be pleased to print it on your behalf and place it in the designated area at the venue on the day of the session.
