The presentation format (oral or poster) will be announced on June 30 by E-mail. The decision will be based on the content and quality of the full paper, and will be determined by the organizing committee.
The Early Bird Registration is available until July 15. We particularly encourage all speakers to complete their registration by this date. Please note that the final deadline for speakers' registration is August 8. If registration is not completed by this deadline, the presentation will be withdrawn.
<Oral presentation>
・Each presentation will be allocated 15 minutes, followed by a 4-minute discussion period.
・The format of the presentation slides is flexible. However, we strongly recommend using a 16:9 screen ratio.
We will publish the plenary program by July 31. Until then, all authors whose papers have been accepted for Oral Presentation are kindly requested to keep the dates and time below fully available.

We will not be able to accommodate individual scheduling requests regarding presentation dates and times. If you wish to switch to a Poster Presentation due to scheduling constraints, please submit your request using the form linked below.

<Poster presentation>
・The poster session will be held on September 24(14:30-17:30). In addition to the poster display, a one-minute "shotgun session" will be conducted for each presenter on the time slot.
・Please note that the format of your presentation—whether oral or poster—will have no impact on recommendations for submission to academic journals such as Wear.
・To recognize outstanding contributions, several poster presentations will
be selected for awards, which will be announced during the Closing Ceremony
on September 25. We hope this will encourage active participation in the
poster session.
- Preparation of your poster
・The poster template is as follows.
・If you submit your poster data（PDF format) by August 22, we will be pleased to print it on your behalf and place it in the designated area at the venue on the day of the session.The start of poster data submission will be announced on this website by July 31.
- Preparation of your shotgun session
・In the shotgun session, each presenter will have 1 minute and can present only a single slide.
・The slide template is provided below.

・This slide must be submitted as a PDF file. Therefore, it is not possible to include videos in the slide for the shotgun session.
